About Us

Where it all started

Like many others, I enjoy a good cocktail. Especially one that's all dressed up! And I didn't mind going out to get them. However I did mind the hits to my bank account that came with it, even working a fulltime job at a decent pay rate. As time went on it seemed less likely to have the funds to go out with my friends, with the cost of literally everything increasing. So one day I was brainstorming with my bestfriend, we came up with the idea that I could learn and create different drinks at home and she would taste test them with me. As many or as few as I wanted, to control the amount of money invested. About ten years before that I completed a bartending program, so I was very comfortable with the idea. But even though I went to school for bartending I didn't pursue it any further so I was, in a way, starting from the beginning. I'm the type of person who's always thinking of how I can take it a step further. I knew that there were plenty of other people in the same boat as me. So I decided to share my learning journey, created a TikTok account and Bartender Reject was born.

Bartender Reject

After some planning and decision making, Bartender Reject was in motion but gained traction very quickly. It was within the first few months I increased the amount of tiktoks released. The first two videos had okay amounts of views and likes. But the third one was more of an overnight sensation. Now I will be very honest that most of its popularity was cause by my very low cut shirt. But that's what worked so that's what I did. As the number of views and followers kept increasing, so did the cost of living. The income from my fulltime job couldn't keep up with my bills and I still hadn't seen any relevant revenue from TikTok. So it was time to take it to the next level.

Bar Top

The questions I would get the most through Bartender Reject was where did I get certain barware or drinkware from. My glass cocktail shaker was the most loved. Naturally, I started searching for more unique tools to keep the audience interested. In searching, sometimes I found the selections... just not as unique as desired. And sometimes when I did find something appealing, the website was questionable. After a while it just made sense. I want others to have the ability to have fancy drinks anywhere they wanted. I provided drink recipes. Why not the tools to go with it?
